What our customers say about ubisys

No issues using it with Zigbee2MQTT and HomeAssistant
“As expected, it works perfectly, and includes everything you need. Much better than the TRV from Sonoff that I got last year. I hope it continues to perform this well.”

“I have installed all 3 as socket switches. Works perfectly. I control them via my FritzBox 7690.
It can be really tight in the flush-mounted box.”

“Best service hotline for a long, long time !!! Absolutely amazing after sale, they really value customer support ”

“If reliability really rules (this thing is rock solid) and you have some spare money, have a look at this. I’m running a 30 man office lighting on it, it never failed a command …”

“As some of you know, I’m a big fan of home automation. Needed to pick the best smart switch and dimmer for my new apartment. Found ubisys to be the most customizable, silent, and trustworthy of all. It support automations without a hub.
Now updating & programming ~ 30 switches.”

“…Is it correct the ubisys H1 (Heizkörper-Thermostat) is not (yet?) supported? I have really good experiences with ubisys devices and it supports week plans without gateway which is nice IMO.”

“… I would also like to recommend that you take a look at the ubisys LD6 LED driver. I have tried many Zigbee LED drivers, but none of them even come close to the scope of performance and OTA update (worked under HA). I was always able to call the German technical support – simply great. The only downside: without an iOS device for the initial setup, it could be difficult.”

“I have been using your Zigbee relays for 4 years now and am very happy with them, thank you for your great products!”

“Late, but still: Thank you very much for your detailed reply and your test. Your support is really outstanding!”

“The switching actuators from Ubisys offer a perfect solution as a replacement for conventional
relay solutions. I’ve been looking for them for a long time. Works great as a retrofit solution. Very good quality and S2 with two independent channels saves a lot of space. I am completely satisfied.”
Ku (Amazon customer)
“Can be easily and perfectly integrated into the Philips HUE system with existing switches and lamps (up to 500VA).”
Helmut (Amazon customer)
“The switching actuator S2-R is planned as a replacement for a impulse relay in a corridor with five push-button switches. I connected the 4 cables of the relay to the switching actuator S2-R, correctly of course. Then I switched on the fuse and tested a push-button switch, which worked, then started Amazon Alexa and had it search for new devices. The device found was a switch, I tested it and it worked. It should be noted that I do not need a gateway from ubisys and no ubisys APP in this constellation. However, I have an Echo Show that acts as a Zigbee router.”

“I bought a variety of your zigbee devices, they all look great, I really appreciate the engineering behind them, it’s great you have firmware updates and reference manuals available online. This is a great practise that other manufacturers should follow too.
I already played with flush mounted switches and dimmers, they work very nice.
This weekend I finally installed 2 LD6 drivers to control my LED stripes in kitchen.
From the hardware point of view they look much better than any chinese alternative, the form factor is amazing.
Maybe I would appreciate bigger connectors but I understand the small form factor of the device won the design battle here and have no problem with that.”

“I operate some (because of the price: few) Ubisys products here via Zigbee in a network spanned by zigbee2mqtt. The Ubisys products run absolutely smoothly, don’t spam the network with superfluous messages, can also be configured/linked via MQTT, and firmware updates can also be obtained this way.
In my experience, they run more reliably than the cheap Chinese products and can be better integrated into open networks than BOSCH products and are more compatible than Busch-Jaeger products.
Installation in flush-mounted sockets is … ok. They take up a lot of space, but you can usually fiddle with it. It would be easier with deeper flush-mounted sockets. But this is a general problem with all products that work according to this concept.
I can highly recommend the ubisys products. The only thing the manufacturer could do is lower the price a little…”

“Everything works fine, Zigbee2QMTT interprets the module and interacts very well with jeedom. At last, a real European-made din dimmer that’s not too cheap!
A bit pricey, but lots of settings!”
